Rental Spaces

The Patio

Enjoy the charm of our outdoor gathering space beneath the pergola, with room to relax and celebrate.

  • Capacity: Up to 36 guests total, Up to 28 seated under the pergola (4 tables max)

    • Accommodates 1–5 wooden dinner tables

  • Rental Fee:

    • After 4:00 PM or anytime Sunday: $450

    • During business hours: $600

The Wine Cellar

A cozy and intimate setting that's perfect for smaller gatherings, celebrations, and themed parties.

  • Capacity: Up to 28 guests

    • Accommodates 1–4 wooden dinner table

  • Rental Fee: $400

    • Barista included for after-hours events (pay per drink)

  • *Please Note*: The stairs leading to the Wine Cellar are not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.

The Bakery

Gather in the heart of Lagerhaus Bakery for a relaxed and comfortable event surrounded by the warmth of our café.

  • Availability: Sundays or after business hours

  • Capacity: Approximately 20 seated guests

    • Seating for 16 guests at tables

    • Three couches and additional lounge seating

  • Rental Fee: $200

    • Barista included (pay per drink)

  • *Please Note*: To preserve the flow of the bakery, furniture and décor must remain in their current arrangement for all events.

  • After-hours only: $750

Wine Cellar & Patio Package

A great option for larger gatherings that need both indoor and outdoor space.

  • After-hours: $600

  • During business hours: $700

Additional Rental Information

  • TABLES AND CHAIRS: We provide tables and chairs for your event, along with up to two additional rectangular tables for food and beverages if needed. Multiple round bistro tables are also available.

  • SET UP AND TEAR DOWN: You may set up up to two hours before your event, and we ask that all decorations, supplies, and personal belongings be removed within one hour after the event ends. *Please note: All guests and vendors must be off the property by 10:00 PM.

  • FOOD AND DRINKS: You're welcome to bring your own food, or let us take care of the catering for you. Please place catering orders at least one week in advance -- See catering menu below. For after-hours events, a barista is included in select rental spaces, with beverages available on a pay-per-drink basis. *Please note: Alcoholic beverages are permitted if a certificate of insurance with a $500,000 limit of liability for the event is provided at least 14 days prior to the event.*
